How to reserve

Reservation steps

  • Check information, availability, pictures and any other information about our apartments in www.welcomesevilla.com.
  • In case you may be interested in any of them, you can send a request or contact us by e-mail at info@welcomesevilla.com,
    regarding any possible information you should require.
  • We will answer you ASAP, sending you a detailed price offer as well as any other information you required in your e-mail.
  • If you agree and want to confirm the booking, we will ask you for a deposit for the 10-15% of the whole amount in order to
    confirm the reservation.
  • This deposit could be paid in several ways: sending a check by ordinary mail (recommended way), bank transfer, sending a postal
    order, through the Western Union, etc. (you will find more information about the deposit payment below).
  • As soon as we receive your deposit we will send you a booking confirmation e-mail with all the dates of your reservation as well
    as the procedure to follow on you arrival day to the apartment. Furthermore, a complete dossier with useful and comprehensive
    information about the apartment and the surrounding area will be attached to this e-mail.
  • The rest of the payment should be made on your arrival to the apartment.

Deposit payment

We ask for a deposit for the 10-15% in order to confirm your reservation; currently this deposit payment can be made in several ways:

  1. Sending a check by ordinary mail. With checks we proceed this way: we don't really charge it; once we receive it, your booking is confirmed and we just keep the cheque until your arrival as a guarantee of your reservation. We will give back to you at your arrival to the apartment, where whole amount should be paid (cash); this way we both avoid paying commissions! We recommend using this way for sending the deposit because unlike in banks transfers or postal orders, you don’t have to pay commissions to anyone.

    The cheque must be headed to Juan Ignacio Quirós Panduro (Nacho is the short name for “Ignacio”) and must be sent to the following address:

    Note: because we are not really charging your cheque, you can send it in your own currency.

  2. Bank transfer. It’s also an easy way to pay the deposit but you will be normally charged with a commission. This is the bank account where you must send your deposit:

  3. Sending a postal order. You will be also charged with a commission. This is the address where you must send the order:

Check in & Check out

Check in:
“Official” check-in time is from 13:00, but we will always do our best to try to adapt to your needs.

We will be waiting for you personally at the apartment on your arrival, but please remember to make us a call when you are arriving
to the city if you are coming by car, or from the airport, train or bus station once you are there, because this way we will have time enough to get to the apartment and to be there waiting for you. So please don’t wait to be at the apartment to ring us because
this way you will probably have to wait for us to get there.

We’ll give you two copies of the apartment’s keys as well as any information you require about the apartment and the surroundings.

Please don’t forget to bring a photocopy of the passport/ID/etc of any person over 18 staying in the apartment. This is something I must collect for police reasons.

Remember that we also make transfers from the airport, train & bus stations to our apartments at economic rates.

Check out:
“Official” check out time is before 11:00, but as said before we will try to adapt to your needs.

You are supposed to leave the apartment in the same or similar state you found it at arrival, although a deep cleaning is not necessary since a cleaning company is coming to the apartment after your departure.

Remember that we make transfers to the airport, train & bus stations at economic rates.
