We ask for a deposit for the 10-15% in order to confirm your reservation; this deposit payment can be made in several ways:

1. Sending a check by ordinary mail. With checks we work this way: we don't really charge it; once we receive it, your booking is confirmed and we just keep the cheque until your arrival as a guarantee of your reservation. We will give back to you at your arrival to the apartment, where you pay the whole amount; this way we both avoid paying commissions!

We recommend using this way for sending the deposit because unlike in banks transfers or postal orders, you don’t have to pay commissions to anyone.

The cheque must be headed to Juan Ignacio Quirós Panduro (Nacho is the short name for “Ignacio”) and must be sent to the following address:

“Official” check-in time is from 13:00 pm, but if it’s possible for us we will try to adapt to your needs.

We will be waiting for you personally at the apartment on your arrival, but please remember to make us a call when you are arriving to the city if you are coming by car, or from the airport, train or bus station once you are there, because this way we will have time enough to get to the apartment and to be there waiting for you. So please don’t wait to be at the apartment to call us because this way you will have to wait for us to get there.

We’ll give you two copies of the apartment’s keys as well as any information you require.

Remember that we make transfers from the airport, train & bus stations to our apartments at economic rates.

CHECK OUT:
“Official” check out time is before 12:00, but of course we will try to adapt to your needs.

You are supposed to leave the apartment in the same or similar state you found it at arrival.
