All our apartments are located in the 5 districts which form Seville downtown: La Macarena, Alameda, Arenal, Santa Cruz and Triana.

Are these 5 districts the most representative of Seville?
When we talk about the most representative quarters of Seville we can underline 5 quarters:

The downtown: La Macarena, Santa Cruz, El Arenal and Alameda form the historical center (downtown) of Seville. These 4 quarters are located within the former city walls.

The other side of the river: on the left side of the river Guadalquivir we find Triana, which is considered part of the historical center of Seville although it’s outside the city walls.

Can we know the downtown of Seville and the main monuments/
landmarks from any of your apartments just walking?
Absolutely. All our apartments are located in the 5 districts which form Seville downtown: La Macarena, Alameda, Arenal, Santa Cruz and Triana. Take into account that it takes approximately 15 minutes to walk from one side of the downtown to the other, so you can know the whole city center walking from any of our apartments.

What are the standard facilities and equipment of the apartments?
Our main objective is to offer an accommodation with all the necessary for experience a self-catering and very comfortable stay, having more independence and privacy than in others accommodations. The basic facilities of our apartments are:

• Bathroom(s).
• Kitchen.
• Living-room.

Are bed linen and towels included in the price?
Yes.

Will we find the apartment perfectly clean at our arrival?
Yes. You can also ask for our cleaning service at any moment during you stay; this service includes the cleaning of the apartment and also new bed linen and towels.

Will I find information about the city in the apartments (magazines, books, etc.)?
We try to have a lot of information about Seville in each one of our apartments.

Which are the “official” times for check-in and check out?
Official times are:

• Check-in: from 13:00.
• Check-out: before 11:00.

Anyway we will try to adapt to your needs.

How do we get the keys?
First of all it’s important than you make us a call from the airport, train or bus station or when you are arriving to the city in case you are coming by car and this way we will have time enough to get to the apartment and be waiting for you there to give you the keys and to answer any possible doubt you have.

Should we call you on our arrival?
This is very important. You must remember to make us a call from the airport, train or bus station or when you are arriving to the city in case you are coming by car and this way we will have time enough to be waiting for you at the apartment. Don't wait to be at the apartment to make us the call because this way you will have to wait for us to get there.

What should we do the day we are leaving?
Remember that check-out must be before 11:00 am, however, if we don’t have new clients arriving on the day you are leaving, we can adjust to your times and you can leave the apartment at the time you want. Normally it’s not necessary to meet each other, so the only thing you must remember is to leave the keys inside the apartment.

Which are the main steps to confirm a reservation?
1. Check information about our apartments.
2. Send request by e-mail.
3. We will send you a detailed price offer.
4. If you agree, we will ask you for a deposit for the 15% of the whole amount in order to confirm the reservation.
5. The deposit can be made by several ways: sending a check by ordinary mail, through the Western Union, postal order, bank transfer, etc.
6. As soon as we receive your deposit we will send you a booking confirmation mail with all the dates of your booking.
7. The balance payment is made (cash) on your arrival at the apartment.

What’s the cheapest way to pay the deposit?
The cheapest way of paying the deposit in sending a cheque ordinary mail; using this method you avoid paying any commission, whereas using any of the other ways (Western Union, postal order or international bank transfer) you must pay an important commission.

How should we pay at arrival?
Payment at arrival must be cash.

Will I receive my booking confirmation once you’ve received my deposit?
Of course. As soon as we receive your deposit a confirmation booking e-mail will be automatically sent to you with all the details of your reservation.

Is the price of the transfer per person or for the whole party?
Prices shown at the website indicates the price for the transfer, it doesn’t mind the number of people you are. A transfer for 2 persons costs the same that for four.

What does the cleaning service shown at the website include?
The cleaning service we offer includes:

• Complete cleaning of the apartment.
• New bed linen.
• New towels.

The best public transport for the moment is undoubtedly the bus. It works very well, punctual and is also cheap.

The complete downtown is a secure area. Take into account not to leave valuable things at sight inside your car. For the rest, no problems.
