Our idea
In www.welcomesevilla.com we rent holiday apartments and homes scattered in the historic center of Seville and designed especially for vacation rentals (short term). Our apartments are equipped with all the necessary to experience a very comfortable stay, enjoying more independence, privacy and peace than in other kinds of accommodation. In other words, we want you to feel just other Sevillian citizen for a few days.
Location
The most representative quarters of Sevilla are five: La Macarena, Alameda, Santa Cruz, El Arenal (these 4 quarters form the historical center and are located inside the former city walls) and Triana (situated on the other side of the river but considered part of the historical center because of its history and tradition). Well, all our apartments are located inside these 5 quarters, so, if you take into account that the distance from one extreme of the downtown to the other is exactly 2.5 km. (approximately 25 minutes walking) you can know the whole city center just walking from all our holiday apartments. Anyway, be prepared to walk a lot because Seville downtown is one of the most extensive one in Europe. See Seville city center map for more information.
Basic rooms & facilities
To make you feel at home every apartment has a minimum of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living-room & sitting-room. Some of them have also terrace, swimming-pool, private gardens, solarium, courtyard, etc.
Basic equipment
We try to get the comfort of home in our accommodations, so every room is equipped with the essential to feel happy (heating, air conditioning, TV, hi-fi, hair dryer, microwave, toaster, electric coffee maker, kettle, bed linen and towels provided , books, etc.), and sometimes also with important extras which makes your stay even better: DVD, videogames, barbecue, etc.).

We are please to offer other services apart from accommodation in order to enhance your stay. These services include, among other things: internet service, transfer service, cleaning service, etc.
