Our main purpose
Our biggest objective is to make you feel like at home, so we offer self-catering apartments and flats with all the necessary to experience a comfortable stay, having more independence, privacy, calm and freedom than in other accommodations. It is an original way to know the city, as if you were another Sevillian citizen living in the downtown of the city

Standard equipment & facilities.
As we said before, we want you to feel almost like at home, so our apartments are equipped with all the necessary to experience a comfortable stay.
The basic facilities and equipment of our apartments are:
- Bedroom(s): beds, closet, reading tables, cots (in case you travel with babies), etc.
- Bathroom(s): shower, bath, basin, toilet, bidet, mirrors, etc.
- Kitchen: with all the necessary to elaborate and cook food: stoves, fridge, microwave, toaster, electric coffee maker, pans and pots, dishes, glasses, complete cutlery, etc.
- Living-room: television, hi-fi, DVD, sofas, books, magazines, etc.
- Sitting-room: table and chairs to enjoy the breakfast, lunch or dinner.
- Air conditioning/heating.
- Bed linen and towels are included in the price.
- You also will find in our apartments books, magazines, maps, brochures, etc. with useful and important information. |

Apartments’ location.
When we talk about the most representative quarters of Seville city center we can underline 5 (all our apartments are located within them):
- The downtown: La Macarena, Santa Cruz, El Arenal and Alameda form the historical center (downtown) of Seville. These 4 quarters are located within the former city walls.
- The other side of the river: on the left side of the river Guadalquivir we find Triana, which is considered part of the historical center of Seville although it’s outside the city walls.
Well, all our apartments are located in these 5 quarters, so, if you take into account that it takes approximately 15 minutes to walk from one side of the downtown to the other you can know the whole city center just walking from any of our apartments. Anyway, be prepared to walk a lot because Seville downtown is the biggest one in Europe. |

Personal contact.
Personal contact is also important for us:
- On your first day, at your arrival to the apartment, we will be waiting for you there in order to leave you the keys and solve any possible question you may have. We will inform you about everything you must know inside the apartment and the surroundings (supermarkets, shops, internet access, etc.).
- You can count on us for anything during your stay. For any problem, recommendation, help, etc. you can call us at any time and we will go personally to your apartment if it’s necessary.
